What vehicle branding covers
We use 'vehicle branding' to describe everything from a simple cut-vinyl logo on a bakkie door to a full printed graphics package across bonnet, side panels and tailgate. The goal is the same in every case: make the vehicle instantly identifiable as your business, communicate what you do, and give prospective customers a clear way to contact you.
Most commercial vehicles only need three things to brand effectively — a strong logo, a one-line description of services, and a contact number or website. We help you get that hierarchy right so the branding works from across a parking lot, not just up close.
Cut vinyl vs printed graphics
Cut vinyl is single-colour film cut to shape on a precision plotter, weeded by hand and applied with transfer tape. It's the most cost-effective option for logos and lettering, lasts seven-plus years outdoors, and is the right choice for white or light-coloured factory paint.
Printed graphics use full-colour digital printing on white or clear vinyl, with a UV-stable laminate over the top. Printed branding lets you reproduce photographs, gradients, complex logos and multi-colour artwork that cut vinyl cannot. We use solvent and latex inkjet printing on cast media for the best longevity and colour stability.
Vehicle types we brand every week
Bakkies — Hilux, Ranger, Amarok, Navara, D-Max, Triton and other workhorses, with branding on doors, tailgate, canopies and load-bay tonneau covers.
Panel vans — Hiace, Sprinter, Crafter, Transit, Iveco Daily, with full-side printed panels or tall lettering kits.
Trucks and tautliners — flatbed, refrigerated, curtain-side and rigid trucks with full-curtain printing or side-board decals.
Sedans and SUVs — sales vehicles, executive transport and ride-share vehicles with magnetic signs or removable cut-vinyl branding.
Trailers, food trucks, mobile clinics and specialised vehicles — full-print wraps with permit-compliant safety signage where required.
Design that actually works on a moving vehicle
Designing for a vehicle is different from designing for print or screen. Type has to be readable at 80 km/h, logos have to survive being split by door seams, and the whole composition has to flow with the body shape rather than fight it. Our in-house designers work from vehicle silhouette templates so we can show you exactly how the branding will sit on your specific make and model before we cut a single millimetre of vinyl.
Pricing that suits owner-operators and growing fleets
Basic commercial vehicle branding — door logos, contact details and a service line on the rear — typically starts well under R3,500 fitted. A full printed graphics package across both sides, bonnet and tailgate of a bakkie sits in the R6,000 to R12,000 range depending on coverage. Full wraps and luxury finishes are priced separately. Every quote is itemised and free.
